Hangar Jacket
The collar comes off.
The shearling collar unzips and unsnaps. It is the first part of an aviator jacket to wear out, and on every other one it is sewn in for life. Ours is a part you can wash separately, take off in warm weather, or replace.
A B-15 style aviator jacket with a shearling collar, rib cuffs and hem, welt chest pockets and flapped hip pockets. Synthetic insulation rather than down, so it keeps working wet and can be washed at home. The collar unzips, which is the part of this jacket nobody else makes removable and the part that always wears out first.
