WHY THIS BRAND EXISTS

We start with
the hardware.

Most technical clothing is designed around weather. We design around equipment, and the Relay Bay is the clearest case of it. It is built around the Starlink Mini, so its window has to pass a Ku band signal and its mouth has to vent 40 watts.

That one requirement set the whole shape. No metallic thread, no foil, no carbon and no magnets anywhere in front of the antenna. Every opaque part, including the binding and the retention straps, sits far enough outboard to stay outside a 110 degree beam. The stand angle, the vent gap and the mouth height all follow from it.

Nothing on this product is styling. That is the difference we are trying to make everywhere else.

One orange stitch.

Our engineering is meant to be invisible, which leaves nothing to see. So wherever a garment hides a deliberate piece of it, a device bay, a vent, a cable path, a magnet, there is a single signal orange bartack on the outside. From ten feet it is a clean garment. From two feet it is a question. No logos anywhere else.

How the drop works

Preorders open once the production quote sets a funding goal. Preorder list members get first access. No payment is taken now.

Atlas Overshirt, Axis Pant, Vector Fleece and Vector Sling ship together as Drop 001. Three garments and the bag they were designed around, which is the smallest set that shows what the system is. Design concepts, not finished inventory. Prices are provisional. Joining the preorder list takes no payment and creates no order.
